SERVICING
With extended service intervals it has never been more important to have your vehicle serviced on a regular basis. This ensures your vehicle is in a road worthy condition and avoids high costs at a later stage.

We can reset your Digital Service Record in line with the UK main dealers.

Due to Block Exemption Ruling of 2010 you no longer have to take your vehicle to the main dealer for servicing. Therefore we can carry out all of your servicing needs without affecting your warranty.

All technicians are qualified to a high standard and we use the latest equipment and technology from Bosch.

We only use parts equivalent in quality to original equipment unless otherwise agreed. We keep a record of your vehicles history so we can advise on future maintenance and plan services to coincide with MOT tests.

A digital reminder will be sent close to the servicing date.

MOT
We can arrange an MOT for you with or without combining it with a service. Electronic reminders will be
sent, so no need to panic about the expiry.

AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is not just for the summer, in the winter it helps to demist your windscreen and keep it clear.

Many drivers experience the benefits of air conditioning on a hot day, but just like other components the air conditioning system needs regular attention to ensure it continues to work efficiently and effectively. 10% of air-con gas permeates from the system every year, which means it may not be working as efficiently as it should. This is why vehicle manufacturers recommend the system is re-gassed every 2 years.

Do you recognise any of the following symptoms when using your air conditioning:

Odd smells inside your vehicle ? This is down to a build up of bacteria on the evaporator.
A windscreen that doesn’t clear quickly? Recirculation not working efficiently.
Along wait for the system to cool down? The system could be low on gas.

We at VAS provide a full air conditioning service for all makes and models of vehicle, from a basic
re-gas to fault finding and leak detection.

TUNING and DIAGNOSTICS
Performance and economy are demanded from every vehicle and should not be taken for granted. We use

Diesel Particulate Systems

DPE CLEAN VM REGENERATION
Loss of power, DPF light on ? We can help. Using the latest equipment we can diagnose your fault, whether it being a sensor failure or a blocked Diesel Particulate Filter. Should we be unable to unblock your filter via regeneration then we offer a cleaning service. Our aim is to get you back on the road as quickly and cheaply as possible.

AUDI and PASSAT OIL PUMP
Audi A4/A6 and VW Passat suffer with oil pump failure. This can be a costly repair with the pump on its
own costing £1350.00. We at VAS can repair your existing oil pump for a fraction of the price.

CAMBELT/TIMING BELT
Cambelt or Timing belt replacement (according to the manufacturers recommendations) is essential. If ignored and the cambelt was to snap then major engine damage will occur. Do not hesitate, give us a call and we will advise on the replacement guide. It is often advised that the water pump is replaced at the same time to avoid unnecessary costs at a later stage.

CLUTCH / DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL
Noises from your clutch, lumpy idle, vehicle hesitating ? Any of the issues could be down to a faulty clutch /dual mass flywheel. If so then please pop in for a diagnosis and quote.
